![]() I can't believe it, I had a 99.84 success rate last month, and that would put me in 17th place; but I didn't receive an award for it! Please explain this to me, GRRRRRR!!!!

![]() How many points did you have? Were you in the top 50? Only players who have accumulated enough points to be in the top 50 for the month are eligible for speed and percentage contests. That tripped me up the first few months, until I read the fine print.
Oh, and congrats on the high percentage!

![]() I wonder why, I didn't receive an award with a success rate of 99.84, last month. Is there anybody who can rationalize this strange ordeal, please do!

![]() M I had 3835542 points, so I had to have more points than that to receive an 17th success award at 99.84 percent?

![]() Thank-you all for your support for helping me out with sometimes confusing amateur questions. I finally understand how the point factor is so important to stay above 50.
