Hello Cryptogrammers,

Some good news. I received another email from Lucie, and Donna added a few lines of her own despite Lucie's displeasure that she wouldn't go immediately back to bed. She complained that mean people poked her with pins while she was trying to sleep last night. She actually said a bit more, but I don't want Stephen to censor my post. LOL! Even being gravely ill, she has not lost her wonderful sense of humor. She wants to thank all of you nice people for your kind get well wishes and your prayers. I hope she will be back soon to thank you personally, but for now, she just needs to get lots of rest.

Default Hi

I have an update on whats been happening.

Im just going to copy an email I sent to Lily and some friends.
Forgive me if its upsetting to any or offensive or disturbing.
Its my life at the present time, I found this out not two hours ago.
So to say Im a bit freaked is putting it mildly.

Metastatic brain tumors are the most common type of tumor found in the brain
Grade III: The malignant tissue has cells that look very different from normal cells. The abnormal cells are actively growing.
These abnormal-appearing cells are termed anaplastic. meaning the cells have the ability to grow abnormally.
Metastatic brain tumors are made of cancerous cells that spread through the bloodstream from a tumor located elsewhere in the body.
Brain blood flow usually determines where the metastatic cancer cells will lodge in the brain. Unfortunately,
the majority of metastatic brain tumors occur at more than one site in the brain tissue.(No shit)
Some symptoms are caused by swelling in the brain primarily caused by the tumor or its surrounding inflammation.
The symptoms are caused by the tumor pressing on or encroaching on other parts of the brain and keeping them from functioning normally.
Headache, weakness clumsiness difficulty walking, seizures, altered mental status: changes in concentration, memory, attention, or alertness nausea, vomiting: especially early in the morning abnormalities in vision (for example, double vision, loss of peripheral vision loss of vision in one or both eyes leading to blindness, difficulty with speech, gradual changes in intellectual or emotional capacity.)
The most widely used technique for obtaining a biopsy is a surgical procedure called a craniotomy. The skull is opened, usually with the intention of removing the whole tumor if possible. A biopsy is then taken from the tumor. <<NOT going to happen.
I have three apparently. Ranging in size, which also is a very important deal to head docs, from a pea to a walnut. Food metaphors to describe brain tumours ffs.

how am i?
not good

im sorry. i wish i had something good to say.
im in numbsville right now
