Default records

I know there was a thread in here somewhere with the topic of how often one might solve a particular puzzle very slowly one time, only to find that he or she is the holder of the record speed. I think this quote that I just solved pretty much sums it up...

"Sometimes the mind, for reasons we don't necessarily understand, just decides to go to the store for a quart of milk."
Andrew Schneider

Ain't it the truth!

Default and here

I had made a comment on how my head must be full of pencil shavings. That "quart of milk" was so much better. I suppose that's why I don't have any Kat quotations on here.

I dunno, kat. I thought pencil shavings in the head would be worthy for quotation on this site. I just think it would make the world's worst cologne.

I like both the quart of milk and pencil shavings. Both are completely descriptive! )
