Default Words with THAT 1-2-3-1 pattern

How many 1-2-3-1 words are there?

These come to mind for starters:

THAT (the default, I've found)
ELSE
HIGH

Just this week two quotations turned up with the word aura. High, higher, highest, and highly are surprisingly common in the cryptograms. Here is my collection:

Whoa, Lacon! That list is a keeper! Thank you for sharing it here.

"Hath" -- I bet this one has caused me to give up more times than I realize. I need to keep it in mind for quotes from the thee/thou authors.

And yes, ouzo is a great one. I will post back here if I ever find a quote with it!

Aerie: Nice list but noon does not qualify. The two middle letters must differ.
