ZoneAlarm

Since yesterday, I've been having trouble getting onto several websites and learned that ZoneAlarm has caused problems for many people. So if anyone has had any difficulty accessing sites (and also has ZoneAlarm installed), that may be the issue.

This took me several hours to track down (and many phone calls!!) so I thought I'd pass it along.
