Serta ad problems

Hi, this has happened to me a couple times and I was wondering if you noticed it too.

I was doing a cryptogram. After I finished and pressed 'Check' the message came up saying that there was an error.

When I tried to press the 'try again' button a pop-up came up about the Serta mattress sale

Now I can't go back to the cryptogram and I lost points... Is there any way you could help me with this?

You should be able to click on recent games , which should be near the upper right hand corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom and you should see the games you did not complete, and you should be able to click on any of those to try them again.

BTW - I usually don't click on 'check it'. I usually just hit 'enter' after I've put in my last letter, and it checks the solution.

Several people have had that problem. If you are trying to keep your solving percentage high, you should get in the habit of checking your recent games list often.
