Yes that's right the CIA sculpture, I should have elaborated. So has anyone tried?
the last part of it has never been solved

If I could decrypt that thing, I probably wouldn't work at a McJob in a restaurant. The CIA would hire me away, if they didn't consider me too much of a security risk. I can't see too much of the text here:

Lol, it does look intimidating, I had to search for a long time just to get a site where the last unsolved characters were so that I could read them.
