If you actually care about getting 100%, always wait a few minutes before logging out. You might have an unfinished crypto, but it always takes at least a minute before it appears in "recent games," and sometimes even longer.
(One of my least favorite quote authors appears on the $100 bill) 
PLus, each time you logged in again, you might have had a lingering unsolved crypto.
Stop logging in again.
