Hello puzzlers!

I am relatively new to this site. I just found it today, actually. I came here because I need to sharpen my mind, and my Forensics teacher recommended cryptograms. I have never actually sat down to solve a cryptogram before, so I'm hoping this site will help me get really good at it.

I want to be a forensic scientist or detective. I'm a major geek. Aaaaand, that's really it. If you want to get to know me better, just ask :)

Welcome to the site, EvilCat.....what a very strange name that is, BTW! I'll just give you fair warning that this site can be addictive:) There are a TON of really smart folks who play this every day and we're all a little OCD about it.
Not to worry that you used Google...I think a lot of folks do the same when they've managed to solve part of a quote and the rest is difficult. Some also use "solving programs" that are out there....well, I THINK they do. For myself, I used "brainy quote" a LOT when I first started years ago, but as you play more the "structure" of the words kinda worms its way into your brain more and more. Plus many of the quotes become familiar after time.

Are you a student in a forensics program?

Yes I am. I'm in a forensics class for this semester. My name comes from the movie company I want to start soon. How I got EvilCat, I have no idea.
