Its for competitive or non hint using players.

Accusing and saying what you can't comprehend is impossible is what is annoying.

If it seemed I was accusing I expressed myself poorly. I only meant that I was astonished by the speed of some players.

Yep. It's someone hacking into the forum and re-posting the last post in a thread so he can tack on the link for his spammy website. We hate people like that.
