My boss gave this to me I think its a simple replacement word. I guess it could be a bad word but I doubt it.
COBB
Can someone help me?

Specific context might help. Your boss just walked up and gave you this without any explanation?
Anyway, how about Close Of Business, B*#@^#$&.

Could it be a reference to actor Lee J. Cobb? Granted I'm grasping at straws here.
Test your spell-check, Fred. "B*#@^#$&" is the British spelling, but Here in the US it's spelled with only one #.
Cob is for corn, Cobb is a goose, fool or incompetent. Cobb could also be a type of salad. Still in all a cobbed salad, technically, could be rubbish.
